Welcome to Hotel SOLA! Please take a moment to read through our Terms & Conditions, which outline important information regarding your stay with us. By booking a reservation, you agree to abide by these terms.

Rates & Payment

  • Our room rates are based on a Bed & Breakfast package, net of service charge, including all statutory levies.
  • A 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking through our marketing agent, SOLA UG. The remaining balance is payable upon check-in.
  • Additional expenses such as food, beverages, and other extras can be settled by card or cash at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30 days or more prior to the arrival date: No cancellation fee.
  • 29 to 8 days prior to the arrival date: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Within 7 days prior to the arrival date: 100% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows: 100% cancellation fee.

 

Special Notice for Peak Season:

Deposits for bookings made at special rates or during the super peak season (20 December to 15 January) are non-refundable.

Pets Policy

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at this time.

Guest Belongings

  • Hotel SOLA is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items during your stay.
  • If you leave an item behind, we will do our best to keep it safe and can arrange to ship it to you at your expense.
  • Unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity or discarded after 30 days.

Swimming Pool Rules

  • Please note that our pool is unsupervised. Guests swim at their own risk.
  • For health and safety reasons, smoking, glassware, porcelain plates, or other breakable items are not permitted in the pool area.
  • Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool.

Non-Smoking Policy

  • For safety reasons, smoking is strictly prohibited inside our rooms and within the immediate vicinity of the building due to the flammable nature of the property’s materials.
  • Designated smoking areas are available for your convenience.

Parking & Vehicles

  • We offer limited parking spaces on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • While we strive to ensure the safety of your vehicle, guests park at their own risk. Hotel SOLA is not responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles or belongings inside them.

Liability

  • Hotel SOLA’s liability is limited to instances of willful misconduct or gross negligence by our employees or agents.
  • We are not responsible for death, personal injury, or loss or damage to personal property unless caused by our failure to exercise reasonable skill and care.
  • Third party liability: The hotel is not liable for any services rendered by third parties to our guests, even if arranged by us. Any claims or disputes regarding third-party services must be addressed directly with the service provider.
