We aim to bring people together at the table and share new culinary stories. FROM FARM TO TABLE
At SOLA, farm to table is not a concept — it is simply how we cook. Our chefs work with local farmers and fishermen from Ahangama and the surrounding villages of Sri Lanka's southern coast, sourcing the freshest seasonal ingredients daily. On our own 3-acre estate, we grow cinnamon, tea, coffee, pineapple, mango, rambutan, avocado, lemon, pepper and fresh herbs — harvested and brought straight to your plate. Every dish at Mali tells the story of this land.
